These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our laboratory filtration materials, OEM/ODM services, and related offerings.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications for all our laboratory filtration materials, including glass and quartz microfiber filters, PTFE membranes, cellulose thimbles, and laboratory films.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product specifications may be subject to change without notice to improve quality or performance.

All products are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and comply with RoHS, REACH, CE, UL, and other applicable international standards where specified.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Hua Env. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For OEM/ODM services and custom filtration solutions, pricing will be provided through formal quotations valid for the period specified in the quote.

Payment terms will be specified in individual purchase agreements or invoices. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law.

All products undergo rigorous quality control testing including performance testing according to ASTM E 2187-09 and ISO 16889 standards where applicable.

We provide certificates of analysis and compliance documentation upon request. However, customers are responsible for determining the suitability of our products for their specific applications.

While we maintain strict quality standards with ±0.1mm precision manufacturing and 100% factory inspection, we recommend customers perform their own validation testing for critical applications.

Shipping terms and delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to product availability and shipping carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by destination countries, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hua Env or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property rights will be defined in separate agreements. Customers retain rights to their proprietary specifications and designs shared for custom manufacturing purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.

We warrant that our products will conform to published specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty is limited to replacement of non-conforming products or refund of the purchase price.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HUA ENV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their jurisdiction.

For products used in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring, and medical diagnostics, customers must perform their own validation and compliance verification.

We provide compliance documentation and certificates where available, but customers remain responsible for regulatory compliance in their specific applications and markets.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

For OEM/ODM projects, we maintain strict confidentiality of customer proprietary information and technical specifications shared for manufacturing purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and Chinese, and the seat of arbitration shall be Beijing, China.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using our services.
